A couple days ago was the official APPLE DAY! 

A day marked mainly by the British. 

In light of the occasion, the Borough market in London comissioned London Based agencies TimMan and  Teatime to create an installation to suit this humble fruit.

This installation showcased over 1000 different types of apples available in Britain today.  Some of the more rare that others and some that you wouldn't even dare pick up from the supermarket.

This is an obvious spin off to well known Apple Stores that are littered everywhere these days.  However, maybe this is a nice little reminder that technology aren't the only things around that can bring us wonder.  Your average apple can make you smile too.

Another reason why Apple products sell I SWEAR is due to their fantastical
collateral items. The goodies people produce to support Apple fanatics are far
superior of those that can be found for any other gadgets.

I was never quite a fan of the iPad till i played with it first hand the other day...
and THIS gives it all the more reason to want one.

As a mad Apple advocate, it almost hurts me to admit

that the new iPod Nano looks a little shabby.
Do you REALLY wanna rub ur hand across
something that tiny??? Maybe my grandma-ness is kicking in again.
I can't handle touch screen things let alone something
that's the same size as a wrapped condom.
(yes, the size of that thing made be draw immediate comparison)

BUTTTT apparently, they were designed so that you could wear it as a watch.
...so I guess that's kinda cool.

These straps come @ $17 dollars and a variety of
colours depending on your tiny monitor-ed device.

So next time someone asks you "what time is it", you could look
just a little cooler than the fool reading it off of their cell phone.

Issues to the idea:
24 hour battery life would leave you to charge this baby every night.


But let's be real, no matter what Apple releases & how many glitches
they'll have people will always fork over their hard earned $. So I guess
it's smart for people to keep making random collateral items to support them.

greatest part is they all have their own personalities.

i will introduce you to "bumpy"-- my 15" Macbook Pro.

he is well loved.
looks like a rebel cause he looks rough n' tough..and scuffed...
but really hes a trooper n a mac with a real big heart.
making sure he finishes all his jobs before giving in.

ENDURANCE master should be his nickname.

but due to his... love marks. i was looking for some possible ways to make him a taddle more attractive again.
