After a gourmet little bakery/sandwich shop popped up near my work.I started to notice a huge influx in designed bakeries internationally.
At first it was noticing a few spaces showing up throughout the city (you cant miss them, the smell of fresh bread practically envelopes your entire being) but before I knew it, these spaces were getting featured in magazinesand blog appearances were more frequent than ever.
Bakeries are the greatest. A visit to the bakery is a total sensory transportation, there's just something about fresh bread that warms you right up.

Not only do random pieces in a space give it charm, but those 3 surgical instruments lights definitely make sureyou get all those crumbs out of your teeth.

BISTROT MILANO CENTRALE - Milan, Italy
You may not be able to tell, but the entire space is promoting sustainability to its core. From reupholstering old armchairs with fabrics obtained from flour sacks and coffee sacks, to using resin combined wood chippings down to old parquet flooring from other buildings. Almost every element in this space is recycled or made from cradle-to-cradle methods.

If all bakeries looked like this, I would be choose to
partake in a high gluten filled diet.
