This once was firehouse has been transformed into
a productivity house for digital media company
Black Ocean. 

Space planned to function as a communal workspace with
a variety of scenarios including back courtyard, rooftop terrace and
ample amount of seating for you and your fave work pals.

The black exterior matches the name alright

but don't judge a space by its exteriors. 

The pristine white walls with wood accents and quirk
elements turn this old firehouse into a light and bright powerhouse.

 

Great neon accent next to the geometric window treatment.

 

 

These are my fave lights. Must have in my den or something.

copper x triangle = best lovechild possible.

Copper is like the new rose gold of interiors.
Understated but nothing short of tantalizing.

If I could put copper EVERYWHERE I would.

More importantly this is a space where some people WORK.

 I would have no issue waking up and going to a place like this.

 This space was envisioned to break the mold, 

to allow for open conversation and discussions while
keeping delineation and personal bubbles.

 

 The main space planning revolved around:
access to the exterior & exposure to natural lighting.

 

 

Seriously I would wake up every morning thrilled--

No problem even if it is a Monday.
