jiggly alkie.

Jello shots never work.

It's probably because we generally pour in waaaaaayyyyyy too
much liquor during for the jello to even be remotely tastey.
OR
It's because we use the cheap dollar store shot glasses (that crack with the
least bit of sucking pressure) to contain the jelly.

BUT

Michelle @ Jelly Shot Test Kitchen [buh-log]
has simmered this alcoholic tradition into an art, creating various
cocktails from around the bar into yummy (and nicely ornamented)
JELLY SPECIAL-NESS!

Ice cream base + vodka + chocolate liq. + white chocolate liq + strawberry liq =

Triple layer jelly shot looking JUST like your childhood icecream.
For the longest time I thought it was Napolian.. HAHAHAHAH.
(shut up. I'm sure you thought it too.)

OJ + Champagne + Knox gelatin + (a dash of) orange flower water (+ a few flower petals) =
MIMOSA JELLY SHOT
(according to the English: "Buck's Fizz Jelly Shot)

They're on SKEWERSSSS.
Makes me wanna BBQ em... I'm sure thats not suggested though.

Flavor watermelon + basil + drop of rosewater + gin OR vodka =
WATERMELON BASIL MARTINI JELLY SHOT
This is the type of art I'm talking about folks! I love when food is made
into little artistic creations! But then the dilemma comes in...
